There is both a Spring and a Fall version of this sale, taking place over several weekends. For the Spring one, this weekend coming up is the last one, so I thought I should post about it before it's too late.
The Lise Watier warehouse sale is similar to the l'Oréal one, but...better. They have ALL of their regular line available - makeup, skincare, fragrances - for anywhere between 40% and 75% off. They have a lot of pre-made kits, which offer incredible savings, more so than purchasing individual items. You just have to judge whether all the items are to your liking. Of course, the regular items were all about half-price, so that's nothing to sneer at.
They also have items from past limited edition collections, and these are often the most discounted items - a lot of eyeshadow palettes were going for 10$ to 15$, for example.
They have testers for everything, and the staff seem to actually work for Lise Watier on a regular basis, so they will answer your questions cheerfully, as opposed to the l'Oréal sale staff, who largely seem bitter and annoyed. Plus you don't need an invite, which is nice. I went two weekends ago and the line-up was maybe 2 minutes long, but the "bouncer" told me that it's usually longer, maybe a 20-30 minute wait.
In short, I'm really glad I went. I picked up a lot of things I was curious about but was hesitant to buy at full price, as well as some items that just jumped into my basket. :P Next time I want to get more of their regular eyeshadow palettes, and maybe some skin stuff.
